Hi,
I have an HP 4050 Tray 1 pickup roller that makes a noise when printing. A kind of churning noise. This has happened since performing a maintenance kit replacement on the printer which included replacing the roller. It will make a noise if tray one is open but printing from tray 2. If you touch it the noise stops or if you close tray1. I have tried reseating the roller but makes no dofference. Any ideas? Long shot I know!
