Light Copies on 4100

I have a 4100 mfp that has light copies. It prints fine. I have set the contrast up which has helped but is not the cure. I've had this before on a 3300 series and found that cleaning the mirror helped. Anyone have any instructions on how to clean the mirror on a 4100? Any other suggestions to help with light copies?

Check the driver for any settings that may have been changed. Is it the scanner or the printer? Scanner bulb may be failing. 3rd party toner may be the problem.
