The green ready light is FLASHING, and on my computer the printer icon has a question mark next to it. I tried rebooting and that didn't work. Please, help! :(

What happens if you disconnect the printer from the computer and try a self test by pressing the button?

I don't have any button on my printer. Just two lights.
