Getting a 13.20 error at start up. Have replaced the front sensor block and swapped out the sensors in the fuser (just in case). Have torn apart tray 1 assy. and feed assy and have found no paper! Is the board the only thing left?? Thanks, David!

Better try another fuser David. It has to do something with the fuser. Goodluck!

Howdy, Im sorry to tell you, but the sensor that is bad is not available from HP, and they deny it's use even though it is clearly shown in the manual.
This sensor is attatched to a small pcb, and the cable is hard-wired to it.
It is a dual cable that has a small connector for another sensor, and the whole thing goes to one connector at the ecu. I have beat my brains out with them over this issue on 2100's, 2200's, and 4100, 4200, 4300. But they will not provide this part. If you order the cable, it comes with two connectors at one end and a wide connector at the other. It wont work. I've quit calling their Tech{Ha!Ha!} support, as it is only a bunch of people who look at a manual and have no experience. I do this for a living for 15 years, and I think I know a lot more than they. So long.
