Laser Jet 4250 Error 60.02

I just replaced a swing plate assembly and now am getting Error 60.02. What does this error code mean?
Also, does anyone know where EVERY spring goes within the 4250? I went step by step tearing this printer down and putting it back, however I have an extra spring. My original issue is gone, but now I have the error and it won't print.

Hey now,
you have a tray2 lifter not working. Check the cable to the DC cont. {J93}
The spring is about 1 1\2 inch long? It goes on the lifter mechanism. But shouldnt cause a failure. If it is a small spring with two long ends, it goes in front of the registration flag. It is for the paper feed sensor.

I had this also when i replaced swing plate assy.
I checked connection and i hadn't plugged cable into dc controller board.
try this.

Yeah. I've experienced this problem, too. Just check on the plugs.
