oki b4350 image drum missing

hi,
i have oki b4350 for service.The original problem was : some times the paper stop under the fuser.I found reset lever right was broken.But after i change that i get error mesage "check image drum missing".
I cant find any possible cause for that.All cables are in correct position but i dont see any voltage on the contacts of drum.If someone can please help.
Or ask me for additional informations.

it was so simple !!!! the right holder of roller assy transfer was up side down (by my fault)

I also had this.the transfer roller at right side has a plastic piece that looks like u-shape,this u-shape should be facing upwards when re-installing transfer roller,not facing downwards as this causes install image drum message on display.
