Started having problems with using the upper tray.
Paper will only be selected from the upper tray if I set properties to manual feed.
If I set printer properties to upper tray, it selects from the lower tray.
Can't hand feed every page into the printer when I use heaver stock or special size paper.
Document, printer properties, page setup are all set to use upper tray but
printer will not use upper tray. This is a new problem.
Had the printer for over 5 years and never a problem.
Please help if you are aware of what could be causing this problem.
