70 percent of the time the printer will work fine. the printer tries to pick up the paper and it says jam. the paper in the drawer only moves about 1/4 inch this happens in tray 2 and 3. i used tray 1 (manual)so much that it now pulls multiple pages. i tried using heavier paper and it helps a little bit. i dont think i need a whole maint kit. what hp parts do i need ? i was thinking only the rollers. (remember i need for all 3 inputs.)

Tray 1:Pick-up roller and sep pad. Tray 2 & 3:Pick-up rollers(4 per tray) and feed/sep rollers(2 per tray).

If the paper only feeds a little bit you might need to replace the Separation roller clutch, (the black thing next to the roller)

If you replace the above mentioned parts and still have a problem then you will need to replace the paper feed assembly.
