    Default HP LaserJet 8000dn

    When users print Excel spreadsheets to one of our 8000dn printer some of the gridlines do not print or are faided out. It seems to go in a pattern. This only happens on spreadsheet all other text documents are fine. I have replaced the toner and it did not help. Is their a way to a cleaning or calibration cycle on the 8000dn printers??

    First make sure you are using O.E.M. toners.If you are then your laser scanner probably needs to have its mirrors and lenses cleaned.Good luck!
