9500 displays INSTALL FUSER error.

Hi Gang,

The 9500 in our office is having issues. It is displaying INSTALL FUSER on the panel. I have reseated the fuser several times to no effect. Two days ago, it had 32% life left. I swapped out with a core we had waiting to go back and the message is still the same. If you look in the supplies status, it says the fuser is missing? Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? I am thinking engine board at this point.

Check the DC Controller, or Power supply. Check Theory of Operation in the manual. There is a good block diagram to work with.
