I'm getting an error code: 51.2C and I've replaced the Cyan cartridge and STILL getting this code? Any suggestions?

That error code points at the cyan laser. Before incurring the expense of a laser tho, you can check it by switching the plug with another laser. If the laser is really bad, the error code should change to the color that you swapped plugs with.

These laser scanners are known to fail from time to time so you may end up replacing the laser scanner.

If you crack open the faulty scanner, put one drop of oil from a toothpick on the motor shaft and often that will clear it up.

In the test menu you can clearly hear the laser motor spinup. All 4 should sound similar and reach rpm in the same amount of time. If one is dragging and sluggish to reach RPM, then that is your problem.
