Color LaserJet 4550, Dirty printouts.

First wanted to say Hi to everyone here on the forum. First post.
I've got Color Laser 4550 with all sort of problems. Printer will print blank pages (dirty pages). From reading this forum it's suggested that transfer belt is almost all the time a problem here. After I open top drawer and reseat it, configuration page can be printed out, printing from any of the computers over jetdirect causes more blank pages. Imaging drum is worn out, in the spot were dark line is printed, green film on imaging drum is nonexistant. Should I start by replacing transfer belt or imaging drum ?. Trying to get this printer to work with minimum costs (printer was free, thanx craigslist!!). I've attached scan of what config printout looks like. Printer is 11 years old but has only 13.5 K pages.

Since you can see defects/ marks on the Imaging Drum that lines up with that dark stripe, I would start by replacing the drum.

Replaced both transfer kit and drum. Printer works, needs some vacuuming and cleanup, perfect otherwise. Thank you for all help.
