Paper Jam

Hello

I have 2 ESP 5 kodak.

The first one worked OK until last night when I turned it on and it swallowed all the paper which jammed.

So I installed the other printer and that keeps saying "Paper Jam". There's no paper in it. So I click "OK" and it says "Please Wait" - but nothing happens.

I've uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it, but that does not seem to work.

Any ides please?

I don't want to ruin 2 printers.
