    How do you release Carousel Brake? Have a jammed black cart.

    If I remember correctly, open the cartridge door(at the top). At the opening at the right side there is a slot. You should see a silver actuator in the slot. A screwdriver or a plastic tool that fits in the slot should be able to push down on the actuator. That releases the brake.
