    Default HP Business Inkjet 2800 Printer

    Display error message: "Ensure Printhead Latch is properly closed"

    The problem was that the holder below the printhead had come loose from the printhead driver ribbon.

    Remove the left, right (four screws) and top covers (four screws), and loosen the steel guide with two screws and you can tilt the printhead.

    Attach the parts.

    Thanks for the tip. We have a bunch of these in our stock but have not had much trouble with them.
