4mv Doesn't Recognize 11x17 Tray?

Hi there. We have two HP 4mv printers here.
We have the standard "Letter" tray and an "11 x 17" tray.
One of the printers, however, doesn't recognize when the "11 x 17" tray is installed. I was wondering if there was some special setting or switch that allows it to recognize this tray.

What do you mean by "doesn't recognize?"

Does it say "Install tray 2 ..." or...?

1st eliminate the tray.
Swap 11x17 trays between printers. Is the failing printer still failing?
