    Default CLJ4700 MDA gears

Howdy all, I have an issue with timing on the disengagement drive sensor.
    Sensor test is ok.
Does the slot on the gear that passes through the sensor affect it?
Im getting only half a page, with only two colors, with bad PQ. The MDA has been set up exactly from the manual, but it defies me to correctly print. I have a good working 4700 to compare with, but swaps had no effect. All new/good consumables, and no errors at all. HP sent me an MDA which I installed as was, but it failed due to it not being set up right. So, slot on gear, positioned at the sensor would position the alienation cam shaft wrongly. Open side all facing back is their correct alignment.
Just thought, use the other dot on the gear! I'll try, and re-post.

Aftere swapping everything but the MDA off a working unit, still not right.
just went ahead and swapped the new unit to close the call.
So, if all the parts I tried, and they all were good, Im stuck with a MDA issue still.
I dont see how, as it is set up absolutely correct. Shelve for parts!
    We can close this, thanx.
