HP Color LaserJet 9500n ERROR: 59.6Y

I have Color LaserJet 9500n who display's ERROR 59.6Y on startup.
It seem's that printer detects a motor that fails, but when open the rear cover I see that all motors are working.
I dont have any supply’s to test is that can be just problem vith defective supply's.
All the mechanics of all supply's seem's rotating normaly.

Any sugestions to test the device that I can locate the defective part, any servicemode or diagnostic functions?
