JetDirect card problem..!
I have a JetDirect card 610N. I attachment into 2300 printer but i don't receive Ip from my DHCP ( My DHCP service running good). Also, I has "cold reset" jetDirect card but can not receive IP from DHCP service..! What's problem with my JetDirect card ??? Please, help me ...!

HP has a recall on these, and should upgrade you to a 620n.
First, try setting the ip manually on the printer.
If you use WebJet Admin, you can make all settings you need.
