Tray1 & 2 are set to "any" size..Did as you suggested..No problem from tray 1..Then from tray 2..It prints 6 copies then stops with the "size mismatch" error followed by "41.3 unexpected size in tray...

Thanks for your interest.. I did manage to pop put the rollers without losing any( I taped the small ones together so they wouldn't pop out!) and replace the belts. How did you get the manual?
