Are you sure you cleaned BOTH sensors at the bottom of the ETB? How's the humidity in the building? if all those seem fine it could be the DC Controller BD p/n RM1-2346-000CN

it could be the feed assembly which also handles part of the duplexing process. I had the same issue with a customers machine... even took the feed assembly apart and cleaned all the internal sensors...
What program are you using to print?
Is the driver set for composite color or true color? It would also help to know what driver and operating system you are using.
What does the demo print page look like(internal print from printer) ?...
