I replace the pickup roller because it was broken.
and from then no paper is picking up from tray two
Also tray one do not pick up paper too.
with either tray when the gear clutch chipped i wopuld have to "like push start the gear" for it the papaer to feed:(
What is the light pattern / error code?
There is a known issue with the formatter boards failing on these printers, and when the formatter board fails it will trigger a false "paper jam" light pattern that only clears by replacing the formatter board ... it's an easy swap; we sell the boards at PrinterTechs. 866-352-7108
