I was able to navigate to "EIO 2, Embedded JetDirect Menu".

Thanks, I just took the printer to a computer recycling place and someone pried them out for me.
You can remove the ink carts this way
turn machine off
open top cover so you can see print carriage
turn on printer
when the print carriage starts to move away from right side
unplug printer...

I'm an authorized tech for Epson. Sounds like you are printing the auto nozzle check and you have nozzles that are not firing could be because the head is bad or the inking system is not working...
