What's the product #?
I replaced a carriage assy, and did'nt place the ground on the main board correctly, shorting it.
Replaced the main bd, now no power to the CP. P/S led is lit.
Could the CP have blown too? can't...
We have had 2 of the same issues on the same 2 printer models, and I wanted to see if anyone may know the cause. The printers are HP Color LJ's CP1215, and they are just stand alone (non-networked)...

Thanks for the response.
We are currently printing from tray 2. When we try to print from tray 1, the labels are drawn in crooked and subsequently the printing is crooked on the labels....
