I replaced a carriage assy, and did'nt place the ground on the main board correctly, shorting it. Replaced the main bd, now no power to the CP. P/S led is lit. Could the CP have blown too? can't find a PN for it.

My Epson CX4600 all-in-one has all lights flashing when I turn it on (except for ink and error which are solid) and an E which indicates that a part needs to be replaced…from looking around it seems like the most likely culprit is the ink pad…there are some programs which can be used to reset it...

We have an EPSON Stylus CX6000 and it prints for all 4 users, and 3 users it will scan for, but for 1 user they get an error message when they try to scan! WEIRD, but that user can print from it. So it must have somthing to do with the launching of the scan piece of the program, it does give an...
