You need to be an authorized Xerox tech to get parts. And thats for every machine. For repairs, Xerox will recommend a service ctr. closest to you.

You can do a Google search for Xerox parts and get tons of hits not from Xerox. You'll even get hits from eBay although I wouldn't recommend buying anything mechanical on eBay.
