I have just installed my WorkCentre 490cx on my Windows XP computer, after installing an updated driver from Xerox (It didn't print with the old driver). Now, when I try and print from Word, I get a message asking to set-up the printer cartridges. After doing this, I get a message that there is an error with the module : ssrpsui.dll, which could not be loaded. I have found the .dll on my computer in the specified location, and have attempted to re-install the drivers to no avail. What do I have to do to get rid of this annoyance??
