One computer many printers

I have 3 hp6940 printers (USB, each has an rj45 plug), and a linksys router. What I am looking for is a print server where I can print to the server, and the server decides which printer is idle and spools the print job to that printer. Every business owner I talk to wants this capability and I can't find anyone who offers it.

Even if it were software an I used a USB hub that would work too.

Could this be a case where the driver setup option "share printer" is the answer?

Just a thought... I'm probably WAY OFF BASE.
