HP 5, 79 service error, will print normally with word, etc, when they use a program called "Immigrant Pro" (government document) the error appears. More memory needed?? , or possibly a formatter board for updated firmware.

No its the issue with the document itself, do a self test from the driver.

If it was done in another printer driver then it could do that, 79 Service is very rare, and I rarely get it on our printers.

Here is steps you can take:

1. Replace toner cartridge.

3. Software communications error between the network and the printer.

3. Replace the Network Card.

5. Replace the formatter board.

6. Reinstall the driver.

7. Save the document in the word document in a current version.
