8150N jamming

I've been having continual jamming problems with a HP8150N printer..I find the paper underneath the right-hand door and it gives a 13.1 error code. I've replaced the PIU 2X, exchanged the fuser from another printer, with no solution. Sometimes the paper will stall just at the entrance of the fuser with a 13.5 code...and the paper will be folded over very neatly. HP Tech support said to replace that right hand door ? Has anyone run into this crazy problem ?! Murphy

The door is called a VTU........Vertical Transfer Unit. Replace it. Be careful of those springs though, they can snap back and really hurt your fingers.
