User attempted to switch the paper to US Legal in tray 4 on HP 8150DN. When the tray elevated to feed position, I could see it was bunched up by opening the right-door paper path.
It had not attempted to feed. I was able to extract that paper via the right door. However, the elevator remains at the feed position, though the printer knows the tray is empty. The tray is, of course, locked shut.
Anyone have any tricks to fool or force it to drop the elevator and release the tray? :confused:
