I'm having a nightmare with this 5000dn. The paper is always jamming on the duplex unit half way (see the pics) giving 13.10 error. Se how the paper gets folded on the left because the printer is pushing it but it can get through the duplex.
If I print without using the duplex the paper comes out with no problems at all.
This started to happen maybe due to the heat of the office or after a huge bunch of prints launched, I dont know. Anyway it seems that every summer start to do that, but I dont know how to solve it definitively!

The printer is 169 thousands pages and only 16 thousands after last maintenance kit.
thanks.

the 13.10 error:

this is where it gets stuck on the duplexing unit causing the printer to stop and error
