ColorLaserjet 2600 with custom sized paper

I have a CL2600 on my network that is not printing correctly.

The user is trying to print gift certificates loaded through the manual tray and the print is "shifted" to the left, so the text is cut-off. It does the same thing if the paper is loaded into the regular tray.
