I have an HP 9500hdn whose hard copies are light. All cartridges are good and do not need to be replaced. I have modified the density level w/negative results and cannot find a reason for the light copies. It looks like its grayscale but this setting is not enabled. Anyone have any ideas?:rolleyes:
