@work we have an HP D640 High Capacity printer. Sometimes, if we power it on, the fans are running, but the display is still blank. We can't make prints. If we power it back off and try it a few minutes later, the printer goes on normally. But if we made some prints and we don’t use it a few minutes, the printer doesn't work anymore, the display backlight is off and the menu doesn’t work. Than we have to turn it off, wait a couple of minutes and power it back on.
I think something is wrong with the power supply. Does anyone have some tips how I can fix this problem?
