I have a 4500 tn printer that prints standard paper (8.5 X 11) fine. When I attempt to print cardstock (4 X 6) it stops when it hits the fuser. I took the machine apart and thourghly cleaned the printer. I noticed that the two belts located in front of the fuser were loose and worn. I believe this to be my problem. Does any one have any input to this problem and a part number that I could use to order the belts.
Thanks

I assume you are using the tray 1 for this media. Is it within HP's specs?

As for the belts, they are always a little slack, and you have to but the entire transport assy. PN# RG5-5117
