HP Laserjet 4 Paper Jam Error 13

Hi,
My printer is continuously giving me this error (paper jam error 13) even without having a paper into it. I tried to use both the feed trays, but of no use. The paper doesn't even get fed into the printer that the error comes on. Any clue, what needs to be looked at? Thanks

Try removing and re-installing the fuser. You might have a paper sensor flag that is stuck.

If that doesn't work with the above tip. There must be some discrepancy in other parts of the printer.

Do you clean the printer regularly? If not, make it part of your to do list. If papers are still jamming, consider the cartridge. You may be needing a replacement.
